Please note unless you have contacted us and arrange otherwise, We do not ship outside of the UK.
Items can take up to a maximum of 2 weeks to make and post out. Once an item is sent, you will receive an email to confirm this.
If items arrive damaged please contact us within 24hrs of receiving the product. If you would like a replacement these will be sent out to you at no extra cost.
Unfortunately as all our items are personalised we do not except returns.
Any missing, damaged or incorrect items from your order must be reported to us within 24 hours of you receiving your items. Claims after this period will not be accepted.
Privacy Policy
Please read the following that I have put together, regarding the new law on safeguarding privacy of customers that visit my page.
Any data that you have provided to myself, this may include, your name, address and email address, this will only be used by myself in order to fulfil my business obligations as a seller; communications with yourself, completing orders and customer support.
Data that you provide to myself, that I subsequently use, will be retained in my account for 7 years unless you contact us and ask for these to be deleted. Paper documents are kept securely and not in a public space; I also do not have any employees.
The only third parties, that I share your information with are trusted couriers, such as royal mail. Third parties such as PayPal process your payments and provide me with your delivery address these transactions are held and collected on PayPal’s database. I have no access to your payment details, such as card information, bank details etc. PayPal information will be kept for 7 years.
